Maeyrfae /ˈmзːfeɪ/
Maeyrfae is the name for the world in which these mythical creatures that currently roam the world originate. The species who are a part of Maeyrfae are called the Maeyrfae folk. In this world, English is the common language between all countries like in Anthrokos. The majority of the Maeyrfae population can speak both English and their native tongue. This also makes it easy for Maeyrfolk to communicate with Anthrokonians if the situation ever arises.
Anthrokos /ˌanTHrəˈkos/
Anthrokos is the human world where, as you can guess, humans live. Most humans have no clue Maeyrfae exists. But those who do usually hunt them either for sport, because they believe they are monsters, or for personal gain.
Maeyin Countries
Akuni 悪に (アクニ)
Akuni is the land of demons. Just about every demon is born in Akuni. Electricity hasn’t really made it’s way to Akuni so very few places use it, and if they do, it’s very rudimentary (like lights and simple, old automobiles, etc.).
Ichini 一ニ(いちに)
Ichini is a village on the outskirts of the country filled with Styx demons.
Imiaku 意味悪 (いみあく)
Imiaku is a large city in Akuni.
Hakua ハクア
Hakua is a village in Akuni. There is no electricity in Hakua so the villagers use fire and other natural light sources.
Aquastis /əˈkwestɪs/
Aquastis is an underwater country home to the mermaids.
Caesca /kaзsa/
Caesca is the smallest country in all of Maeyrfae. It is ruled over by a council of gods. Caesca is home to many Angels and Valkyrie. There are only a handful of other species that reside in Caesca. “Outsiders” are typically not welcome. The terrain is mostly mountainous and rocky. There are many smaller floating islands surrounding the mountains.
Heaven’s Peak
Heaven’s peak is a mountain at the center of Soln Island that leads up to the domain of the gods.
Luni Island
Luni Island is the second, smaller island belonging to Caesca.
Soln Island
Soln Island is the first, main land belonging to Caesca.
Deuscere /dзsereə/
The domain of the Gods. The only entrance is at the top of Heaven’s Peak in Caesca.
Drahsanox /drəˈsanɒks/
Drahsanox (also known as the country of black fog) is an island country. It is not under the control of any power; it’s a free country. It is constantly shrouded in a dark mist that only residents born in Drahsanox are able to see through. It is home to many night-dwelling species such as werewolves, ghouls, vampires, and more. Many are scared to enter Drahsanox not only because of how easy it is to get lost, but because of how many denizens of the dark reside there.
Zana /zana/
Zana is the largest village in Drahsanox. Zana is known for its community in the village, where each species puts aside their differences (for the most part) and get along.
Drakonala /drákonɒlɒ/
Drakonala is the land of dragons. All of the most powerful dragons live in Drakonala. The terrain is very mountainous and craggy.
Helisas Volcano /ˈhзliˌsəs/
Helisas Volcano is the home of the Ruler of Dragons. They live deep within the volcano. Deep within the volcano is actually made of almost solid magma
Elecaircity /ˈelekersidē/
Elelcarcity is an extremely technologically and technomagically advanced country. The entire country is a city, there is little to no natural wildlife found here. The country is relatively new compared to all other places. The “modern”/Anthrokonian technology used is still pretty new. Many don’t quite get the appeal when they can just send messages with magic paper anyways which is why this type of technology is rarely seen outside of Elecaircity. The only place people may be able to find reception to Anthrokos. Technomagic is a little more common but still mainly found in Elecaircity.
Aegeattir /eəgitər/
Aegeattir is a floating citadel that mainly resides over Automakas, but it can float anywhere over Elecaircity. Anyone can visit Aegeattir, but it’s mainly reserved for noble families. There are many rooms within the towers that are exclusive to nobility.
Automakas /ôˈtäməkəs/
Automakas is a large city in Elecaircity known for its steampunk-like and industrial era style. The use of older technology/technomagic is more common here. It’s a very old school city where the leaders either want to keep the history or don’t believe in newer technology which is why electronics are rarely used.
Technosin /ˈteknōsɪn/
Technosin is the capital city of Elecarcity. Mainly comprised of lots of skyscrapers and towers and is very much a futuristic downtown metropolis style city.
Eurce /ersā/
Eurce is the large floating island that the Councillors reside on. Only Councillors, ex deo and Councillor certified Fraexi can come and leave at will otherwise a person will need permission from at least two Council members.
Grimmary /grɪmari/
Grimmary is the large country located to the right of Sema. The cities within Grimmary are known to, in a way, playout the traditional fairy tales from Anthrokos such as: Cinderella, Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel, etc.
Huāyīn 花阴/華陰
Huayin is one of the largest countries in Maeyrfae. Huayin is known for its many festivals (most of which take place at night) and colourful culture (buildings, outfits, etc.).
Xiàhēi 夏黑
Xiahei is the largest city and the capital of Huayin. Also known as the festival capital of the country. A giant festival is held here every month on the 8th. Even the merpeople from Aquastis are invited and join in with the festivities.
Ikysha /ekiʃʌ/
Ikysha is a small country with the least amount of magic throughout all of Maeyrfae. Ikysha has the largest concentrated population of Illusionists compared to other countries.
Kalten /kaltзn/
Kalten is one of the smaller countries that is constantly at war. There is a civil war between two factions in the country: the owls and the foxes. Kalten is home to a branch of antherials people who can shape shift into their respective animal.
Kitsunari /kitsunari/
Kitsunari is the foxes side of the country.
Owlescet /oulзsзt/
Owlescet is the owls side of the country.
Leira /lзːə/
Leira is the largest country in Maeyrfae. Leira is a very prosperous country and the royal family has good relations with their people. This is the most prosperous country in all of Maeyrfae. The system is quite fair for a monarchy since the royals listen to all the requests and concerns of the citizens.
Rei Empire /reə/
The Rei Empire is the capital of Leira and is home to most of the richer citizens.
Magierstadt /magiaʃtat/
Magierstadt is a country in Maeyrfae, home to many Magicians and Witches/Warlocks. Magician hierarchy works similar to class system in the Victorian era in England, the only major difference being there is no monarch. There are: Magi class (noble/upper class), Propha class (upper middle class), Hexerei class (middle class), Medei class (lower middle class), and Zaur class (lower/working class).
Aristara /ˈerɪsˌtara/
Aristara is the capital city of Magierstadt, located in the very center of the country.
Mestys Academy /ˈmзsˌtзs/
Mestys academy (named after the first magician Orion Mestys) is the school Magicians and Witches/Warlocks attend located in/above Aristara. Not all magicians or witches/warlocks can afford to attend the academy, however. Upper middle class and above can definitely attend while few middle class citizens can attend and every class below have no chance of affording it. Magicians with “specialized” magic and red witches/warlocks are required to attend. If they cannot afford to attend, the school will give a sponsor. Students attend Mestys Academy for 15 years (ages 10-25).

Misca is a country with a large population of antherial citizens.
Serianariska Matario /ˈserianəˌriska ˈmatario/
Serianariska Matario is a country known for its very long name. The name is commonly shortened to Sema /sзmə/. Adn much like the country, the citizens of Sema also have long names. They typically have two first names, five middle names, and 2 last names at least. Because the peoples names are so long, citizens of Sema are well known for giving nicknames to their friends.
Sheya /ʃeəə/
Sheya is an underwater country home to the sirens. It is very difficult to travel to her kingdom because the siren queen has strict criteria and rules. Sheya is ruled under a monarchy with just the royal family and the common folk. Thanks to the queen’s laws, men aren’t treated very well, much less equally.
Terrisan /ˈterɪsan/
Terrisan is a large country in Maeyrfae. The terrain is mainly hilling and prairies. There are numerous ruins found within Terrisan. Most of Terrisan’s land is abandoned or unpopulated; there are only a handful of villages around the country.
Arch /ärSH/
Arch is an underground village in Terrisan. The entrance is a inconspicuous cave and most of the homes are built into the walls of the cave.
Mana /ˈmänə/
Mana is one of the smaller villages located near the Black Divide.
Rein /rān/
Rein is the largest village in Terrisan. Rein is a walled village full of Nymphs, Sylphs, Undines and more.

The Black Divide
The black divide is a ginormous canyon located between Magierstadt and Drakonala and connects to Rock Point and ends in Terrisan. The canyon is so deep that you can’t see the bottom (hence the name) and is 20 miles wide. Anyone who has tried to discover what is at the bottom of the black divide has never been seen again.
The Neutral Lands
The neutral lands are the land surrounding Waldanfang. This area is a complete neutral zone for all species and countries. It was unanimously agreed upon that no country can ever take control of the neutral lands.
The Soul Library
The soul library is the place where Maeyrfolk go when they die. It’s where souls wait to be reincarnated. While waiting, souls enter a sort of purgatory, dream like state. What they do in that state determines whether they get to be reincarnated or not. The soul library is overseen by the grim reaper. There are separate libraries for Anthrokos and Maeyrfae. For people of Anthrokos, whether they go to the soul library or somewhere else depends on their beliefs before death (if they believe in heaven and hell, they will go to their respective domain. If they believe in reincarnation, they go to the soul library). If the human believes in multiple different types of afterlives, they go to the one they believed in the most (even if they don’t think they believe in one more than the other, the universe will find the one they believe in more).
Vallea /ˈvəleəə/
Vallea is a country whose terrain is mainly comprised of mountains and plains. Species of all kinds live in Vallea. Citizens live closer to the water than further inland. To the southwest of Vallea is Luminus Island which is a part of Vallea. Citizens born in Vallea tend to grow up believing that Stars are the most sacred beings and that gods can not be trusted.
Azure Fjord
Azure Fjord is a highly residential area in Vallea. It is a very popular vacationing area and almost never rains.
Luminus Island
Luminus Island is the capital of Vallea. The entire island is home to Luminius Shrine.
Waldanfang /waldanfaNG/
Waldanfang is a forest filled with many types of beautiful trees and many Maeyrfae folk. It is always sunny during the day. The forest is split into four sections, each representing one of the four seasons. At the very center of the forest lies a giant tree that nearly reaches the clouds called The Tree of Beginnings. The Tree of Beginnings is also known as “The Origin”. It is said to be the oldest being across every universe in existence (possibly even older than time itself) and reality’s incarnation of the Bright Seed. The Tree of Beginnings is more powerful than any being to have ever existed. However, it is extremely uninvolved and relatively apathetic so it never involves itself in worldly matters.
Flusseis /flusɑɪs/
Flusseis is a giant rushing river with various ice caves off to the side found in Winter. Starts at a smallish frozen lake and leads underground to a series of underground ice tunnels. The water is so cold that one would die the instant their body hit the water.
Rock Point
Rock Point is a large crater with long pointy rocks pointing inwards almost like a blooming chrysanthemum or the mouth of a wurm found in Summer. It is a common gathering place for wolf packs. It’s a neutral zone for the different werewolf packs. However, that does not extend to other species unless accompanied by a werewolf. The land around Rock Point is almost like a desert. It is theorized that Rock Point is an ancient petrified colossal wurm due to the sharp rocks that are nearly identical to the teeth of a wurm. However it is nearly impossible to confirm or debunk this theory because the rocks of Rock Point are extremely dense and no one has successfully broken through any stones yet.
Vamphire Manor /ˈvamˌpiɪə/
Vamphire Manor is an old and abandoned manor found in Autumn. It used to belong to the most prominent vampire clan, The Blackblood Clan. For an abandoned manor, it looks suspiciously well kept.
Vine Serpent
A large tree with serpents/snakes for roots found in Spring. Not many are aware that the vine serpent is a tree because the serpents (it’s roots) can pop out from anywhere as long as the trees roots are located there. And even more less known is that it can move (meaning the tree can move) but doesn’t very often.
Xuèyáng 血阳/血陽
Xueyang is one of the largest countries in Maeyrfae. Xueyang is known for its strong warriors and rigid laws.
Jiàngqī 彊七
Jiangqi is the capital of Xueyang and is where the royal family resides. Received its name from the seven powerful beasts protecting the country (The Seven Beasts of Xueyang).
Yai /yaī/
Yai is also known as the country of ice. It is a frozen wasteland; covered in snow and ice; snow blizzards occurring extremely often.
